Lección 1 - En un hotel

Lección 1 - En un hotel

Buenos días chicos,

Today we are going to read a sample conversation between a customer and hotel receptionist from your spanish book. I have posted the pages down below in this blog.

Another thing I want to mention here is that the 1st lesson consists of Ser and estar, that too very basic level. We have been reading and discussing extensively about Ser and Estar since class 6. I do not think if we need to go back to it again. Still if anyone needs help with Ser and Estar then he can tell me personally.

Apart from the restaurant conversation part, we will also note down the ordinal numbers till 30. So far we have learnt ordinal numbers till 20. Today we will learn till 30.

Before we start don't forget to follow the important instructions

Few Instructions

1. Note down  the work in your register on a regular basis.

2. Notify me about  your presence in the class  as soon as you join, in the comment section. Just  write " Good Morning" along with your name .
3. AS ALREADY MENTIONED,YOU CAN USE ANY NOTEBOOK AVAILABLE AND SUBMIT SEPARATELY ONCE THE SCHOOL REOPENS.
4. Take your Spanish Register
5.Our handwriting reflects a lot about us. It will be awesome if you use good presentation and cursive hand writing
6. Make a column on the right hand side, if you need to do any rough work
7.Write today's date.

I hope you all are ready to start the lesson.

Very good,

El águila y la zorra ( The eagle and the Fox)

Buenos días chicos, I hope all of you are doing fine and doing spanish work on time.  In case if anyone is not able to understand anything, you can always reach out to me on my phone or email. But keep doing your work on time. As we do not know how long the lockdown will continue. I do not want you to have a heavy load on your head when the school open. So all of you, keep doing your work on time.  Today we are going to read a short fable by a very famous Greek author called Aesop. I have written the translation in English as well. But when you read the story, do remember to note down the nouns and verbs that you do not know separately.  And in the end you will have some questions from the text for your HW.  You do not have to write the whole story in you notebook. You can take the print out and staple it in you notebook.   Homework is to be done in your notebook. Apart from this, I am sharing a Spanish Newspaper ( BBC Mundo) lin...
